Gravity die Casting

The faster heat dissipation on the tool has the advantage of giving the gravity die casting a very fine grained and dense structure. Cast parts with very sound mechanical properties, a high measurement accuracy and outstanding surface structure are the result. Cavities and undercuts can be reproduced using the sand core method.

Our production facilities are ideally equipped for dealing with high annual requirements of up to 10,000 pieces; we manufacture gravity die cast parts with unit weights ranging from 0.05 kg through to 40 kg.
